Composite fuel

In modern technological processes of forage preparation for animals and birds and also fuel granules apply a pelleting press. Raw materials preliminary crushed to 1-2 mm for granulation as an initial material. Diameter of developed granules is defined by selection of the special punched cylinder (matrix). Cylinders in a base complete set have the size of cells of 2,5 mm, 5 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm. The matrix with cells of 14 mm or 25 mm can be made under the order. The length of granules is regulated by a detachable knife which is exposed before start pelleting press.

Roller press-briquetter PBV is used for briquetting of various raw materials (a grass, straw, sawdust, peat, coal and so forth). To bricketed raw materials aren't shown such rigid requirements on humidity, as at a granulation in matrix granulators PGM. Received briquettes can be the cylindrical or spherical (flattened) form, and also any other form at will of the customer.

The basis for creation of the resource-saving production technology of composit fuel can be a waste of woodworking manufacture: shavings, sawdust, a breakage of dimensional materials (a bar, boards etc.), and also peat and coal presence.
For realization of technology we offer systems of the modular equipment, united in the technological lines, allowing to make composit raw materials in a liquid or pastelike kind, and also in the form of fuel briquettes. Technical characteristics of lines TLKT are resulted in the table.

Complex TLTB is intended for production of briquettes from sawdust and peat and also from other organic raw materials suitable for fuel.
Technology for production of fuel briquettes uses roller's briquetting, which has significant advantages in comparison with other ways of pressing:
    - the cost of electricity by an order of magnitude less than dot-matrix granulers;
    - high performance (up to 50 t/h), an unattainable for other methods;
    - lower requirements for thorough grinding material extrusion;

Biofuel receive from woodworking manufacture waste (shaving, sawdust, breakage of a bar and boards), agricultural production waste, and also from peat and coal. Practically any carbonaceousе raw materials can form a basis for resource-saving production of biofuel.

Biofuel can be received:

Screw press-briquetter PBSh is to form briquettes from various bulk materials. Unlike matrix pellet, a granule is prepared by rolling rollers material through a die and roll briquetter, in which the pellets are formed between the rotating rolls in a screw briquetter main member is a screw, which moves the high pressure feed to the spinneret and push it therethrough, It produces briquettes desired configuration.
